Highly recommend. We called about 8 different companies in the area after hours and Herbolds was the only one that returned my call after hours to check on us. They do great work and are extremely informative. Again, If youre in the area I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

You will not find a Better Family of hard workers with Genuine Integrity and due diligence in providing the Best Customer Service than The Herbold's. I would give them 10 stars if it was allowed. Continued Loyalty From The Flaig Ranch. 12/23/22 This site would not allow me to make a new review, so I will add to my previous review. We had frozen pipes and a well that was not operational as most in the Seguin area, I was up at another ranch I maintain and unable to get back to fix the water problems the owner of the ranch was having. A quick call to Herbold Water Well Service and the young lady working in the office dispatched a gentleman out to the ranch and he was able to resolve the immediate issues!!! The Herbold Family is as Genuine as they come as are the employees that work for them. I feel like they treat us as another member of their family and for this I am forever grateful. Our pump went out during that storm early Sunday morning. They came out early Monday morning but couldnt pull the pump by hand. Came this morning and within an hour we had a new pump and running water. They have been servicing our well for almost 30 years. Thank you guys!

Mr. Herbold is one of the mist honest business men ever. My water went out and he was able to come by the very next day to check it out. I thought for sure it was the pump but he found out it was the tank and fixed it the same day.
