Farmers Insurance - Jack Ross

I've used them for home, vehicle & business things. They are very helpful , responsive and try to get you the best deal. They are also self sufficient, they have looked into multiple things for me without me having to stress. Their customer service has been beyond where I've found everywhere else. I highly recommend

Ive had my homeowners and car insurance with this agency for a couple of years. This year, my homeowners insurance stopped insuring windstorm coverage. When I received the notification in the mail, I immediately called Jack Rosss office. I was told that there are many people who are losing insurance and they were going through their stack based on renewal date. I asked if someone would give me a status as to where I fell in the stack. They told me someone would call me back. Fast forward three weeks. No call. I called back as I was getting close to my renewal date (yes right in the middle of hurricane season) and I didnt want to be left without insurance. I was again told that someone would call me back. I am now at my renewal date. NO ONE has returned my calls. At the very least, no one has reached out to me on their own accord so that I wouldnt be left without insurance. In the meantime, I reached out to other brokers and received wonderful service from the multiple that I spoke to. Jack Ross has certainly been a huge disappointment. Id you dont want to insure your customers than pick up the phone and speak to them. Dont leave them without any options. Especially in Houston during hurricane season.

Jack handles all of our life, auto, and property insurance. It's nice to get the personal touch as he personally ensures your policies are handled well.
