On Easter 2024 morning we heard a drip. Come to find out a leak was coming from our attic from our water heater. We called at 5 am and they were here at 10 am. They fixed it with 15 mins, in and out. Two cousins were very professional, very friendly. They took the time to speak to both of us and talked to us about our problem. We have used Rapid Rooter several times and will always depend on their services. To Joshua and his cousin, Thank you again so much for coming out on Easter Sunday. I technician by the name of angel, came over to our home to address an issue with our plumbing lines. He came and immediately found our issues which were rocks In our pipe unfortunately he could not clear out the rocks but as professional as he was, he gave us piece of mind and communicated the issue with us fortunately we have warranty for the house, but man arent we glad we called the professional angel paredes to walk us through every step we need to take. 5 Stars guaranteed for his professionalism
