        I can't even begin to tell you how amazed and happy I am with this company! This is our 3rd or 4th time to used them in 22 yrs but in these times I feel they really need to hear what a awesome job they did! I can not rave enough about how much I appreciate them either! Customer service seems to have been lost in these days so when I do find excellent customer service I want to make sure they know how much we the customer appreciates them and how much we need to support businesses especially small businesses when they show the customer still matters! Thank you Terren (I pray I spelled that correctly) for going above and beyond to help us! Please tell your driver how happy we are and we appreciate him as well! Not only were you able to move my appointment up to when I could be here, your driver showed up 10 mins early and did a fabulous job at spreading this on his way out! Thank You Thank You Thank you for giving me hope that some businesses still care about their services they offer! Thank you for your kindness and caring to help me find the right rock and helping us save some money when it really counts in this economy! As a locally owned and operated gravel and sand provider, the Shackelford Family has spent the past 36 years perfecting their craft to provide you with the best in service and product quality.Our owners, Steve and Paula Shackelford, have sustained a business focused on quality workmanship, superior products, and reputable service.
