        I love this church and the pastor Mr. Dickie Amyx. Everyone has always been so warm and welcoming. My path started with this church family back when I was 16 and it opened my eyes to so many wonderful things. At the age of 17 I was baptized here. I still remember the day. I'm grateful to each and every person who helped me. Although at the age of 42 I don't attend as often as I'd used to I'm still welcomed with open arms and warmth everytime. The reason for this review is the ongoing Christmas Drama that the church has been putting on for years. I attended for the 5th time yesterday evening and once again I must say it touched my heart. I want others to know about Bolivar Baptist Church because it is hard to find one where everyone is accepted and made to feel like family. Attached are some photos from the drama, but they don't do justice for seeing it in person. God Bless! .
