        If I could give the person Julie Nussbaum-Robertson a failing grade I would. This has got to be the most ill trained woman in the history of the Housing Authority. She's a grudge carrying hateful person, she will NOT do her job at all, she makes her tenants feel like they are worthless,! It's disgusting! I have never seen anything nor heard of anyone doing such a poor job. Either send her through training or fire her, either way she needs to be gone.
