Most affordable and secure storage option in San Marcos. Taylor B was a huge help setting up my unit and even honored the online prices! One thing I like the most is that the front gate remains closed during the day and can only be accessed with a secure code. I also appreciate the cameras throughout the complex and the clean units.

We rented a trailer here three times over the past few years and have been very happy. Today was different. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and gave me a hard time because I was outside on the phone and didnt come immediately inside. I apologized (not really knowing what I was apologizing for) and said I was on an important call. It was 4:51 when I walked in and I clarified with him they close at 5:30 to which he said yes they do but he needs time to hook the trailer up and close down shop. So, apparently my arrival time didnt make that possible. A very brief conversation followed about insurance and the rudeness didnt let up. I havent been spoken to like that in a long time. And for the record, I dont leave very many reviews. I told the man that were not doing this today and abruptly left. Too bad because they have the perfect trailer we needed for brush and at great prices but Ill be damned if I was going to be spoken to like that and then hand over a credit card.
