This location is very well-stocked and organized, and the Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Walked in when they were super busy, great customer service and made sure to find me a pair of shoes that are right for my feet. Bought multiple pairs and because they didnt have my size, they were able to order my shoes from another store and they arrived at my front door 4 days later with fedex. 10/10 service

I bought my shoes at the store, they didnt have my size in stock so they offered to placed the order in the store and have them delivered to my address. The carrier mark them as delivered but they never arrived. I contact saucony.com customer service they said because the purchase was made at the store you have to call them, I call the store, they said call the carrier and submit a claim,I called the carrier they said call the sender of the package and let them know they have to submit a claim.I told the store about the resolution from the carrier,and they said theres nothing we can do, you have to submit a claim with fedex. Update, After speaking with the zone supervisor , they have sent my shoes at the store for pickup. Changing to 3 because they did provide a solution, although It took a lot of calls.
