        I've had a good experience with them so far. They own and manage several old houses around town and charge a very reasonable amount for rent. They also stay out of your hair, in fact I have never met them face to face. That being said, the house I live in wasn't in the best condition when I moved in. Some outlets didn't work, there were windows missing blinds, etc. But they don't mind if you paint and fix up the house.
