They were trying to pay us $30 for Invicta grand diver watch that when bought(last year) was worth $775. They based their reasoning off of what "amazon" was selling them for. The Amazon seller was not a legitimate watch or Invicta dealer. This place doesn't know what they are talking about when it comes to watches or any jewlery really. Would not recommend to waste your time.

I came here on the intentions of buying a laptop I asked for the specs and the lady had no idea what I was talking about I asked if someone else could help me with more knowledge on the laptop and she told me no she was super rude and so unhelpful at one point she said I should just look it up I told her that she need to turn on the computer to see the exact info because computer can have one name and different specs what a waste of a worker

HORRIBLE after they got bought out by a new company. Lost my credit in the system after their buyout and I had to prove I had funds at their store! After I proved it to the manager he told me over the phone they would give me cash when I came in person because the hassle I went through. When I showed up was called a liar by the employee who assisted me and the manager told her over the phone he never said they would give me cash. Will NEVER go back there and you should beware.

I went last week and I was lucky enough to be attended to by Mara. I have been to other pawn shops in the same chain and none of them have treated me with the warmth they serve here. My husband bought tools, I bought some beautiful pieces of jewelry and everything was at a great price. It is clear that Mara's specialty is jewelry because she made very good suggestions and showed us all the pieces we wanted to see. His attention was excellent. Thank you very much, Maria! You're the best.
