We apologize that you weren’t satisfied with your order. This order was made today but nobody called us to notify of the chicken. We could have made it again for you as it sounds as though your chicken was overcooked. We do use thigh meat for the teriyaki chicken bowls. Teriyaki bowls only come with the protein of choice, steamed rice and broccoli. It is $1.50 per vegetable to add extra vegetables to your dish. I’m sorry whomever took your order did not inform you of the upcharge so we will be sure to talk to our employees and remind them that they need to inform customers that when they add additional items to an order there will be an upcharge. Menu prices are based on the cost of ingredients for the item. Whether with us or another restaurant always be sure to talk to somebody and bring issues to their attention so it can be corrected.
