Filing a complaint against this specific agency. They have changed my policy twice without my knowledge. They kept claiming their system was broken so I couldnt make payments through the app and they would call me to make manual payments that were higher and higher than the last time. They also used the fact I was a first time policy holder with no knowledge on insurance and how it works and used it to their fullest advantage and put something called an umbrella policy that I was never informed of. Come to find out you have to specify ask for this as it is a separate policy entirely and I am a young adult in her 20s and would NEVER ASK OR NEED THIS. What I agreed to they changed, they ask me to make additional payments on top of my month to month to catch up when I ask what that means they give me a very broad explanation and no matter how many times I tell them Im not understanding what they are saying they just say we are sorry thats the best we can do to explain. I expressed many times how unsafe I feel with them and how unhappy I am and that Im going to switch and they are now threatening to send my information to collections if I dont pay what is owed to them that somehow happens to be more then a months worth payment on top of a cancellation fee that I was told would never happen. I am absolutely horrified and beyond stress with how this has been. I will be getting this resolved and Im so happy I switched.
