      image Paid Andy Grubb to plot out my existing driveway, water lines and underground electric lines.  So when it came time to have my septic system designed I went back to Andy.  Paid him in advance because he said his car was broke down.  Never got a design out of Andy and never got my money back.  Had to hire a retired Hays county employee out of Lockhart.  He got the job done real quick.  I took Andy to small claims court and won easily since I could prove I had to hire a 2nd designer.Andy still didn't repay my money so I filed a lien on his property.  Check out Hays county Deed records.  He's a thief.
