Always a great sale; 4 stars because the selection isn't always great. Yesterday was no different. I'm still happy with my purchase, my discount, and the customer service. I'll be back in a few weeks!

Came into this store 1 WEEK ago, purchased 4 or 5 sandals due to them being on sale. I arrived today to exchange one of them due to the size being wrong, they were no longer able to honor my discount even though I am well within my days of exchange (45 days). The store manager Jade just told me that I needed to get the same color.. even though I purchased 4 other colors at discount price (and they had those in stock with the size I needed) yet no matter what there just wasnt any compromising with me of any sort. The receipt does not state it has to be the exact same color. I was even told price changes due to sandal size by two of the representatives? Completely unsatisfied, if your store has promotions on and off and they change so often then maybe add to your receipt that when doing the exchange you HAVE TO EXCHANGE FOR SAME SIZE AND COLOR!

**This store will double charge you and then say the system is down we cannot print out a receipt and you cannot take your items with you** I went there to buy some stuff, they had an error in their system swiped my card first time then second time then the cashier told me oh there is an issue receipt will not print out so you cannot take the items with you and when i checked right away my bank account it was deducted twice totaling 95$. For 3 weeks I was calling non stop, coming to the store to find out a solution. Guess what? The cashiers and the managers will say that as long as you don't have a receipt we cannot give you your money back - CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, i called submited my claim with all the proofs I have. Guess what? Do you think they reimbursed my money? Of course not!! I just received today their response: our records does not show that we did any mistake, check with your bank to investigate. I will NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!! Do you need to steal your customers' money to show that you are making a profit ? Does your store need my 95$ to outperform sales? THIS IS SO UNFAIR!! Don't worry I will keep telling my story to everyone I meet about your store so they don't get scammed!! If ever you want to purchase something from them, do it in cash so that at least you can have your money back right away. Hope this helps someone out there. ***Update: they transfered back my money after this post !! ***
