        Ive booked like 3 times never been able to catch my bus its cancelled all 3 times with no best solution on how I was gonna get back home I would not recommend its kind of like a lottery on how you will get back o your destination they dont give refunds at all theres no customer service people just takes to long and no bus at the end its lowkey like scam

        No signage showing where the Amtrak platform is and the path is not lit. Platform very dim. Feels unsafe.
