o all PARENTS who co-sign with this property. This is not a place to recommend. Horrible management. One example, we attached our renter insurance document to the profile of the resident. They continued to charge us to no avail every single month for renters insurance for the entirety of our stay even after multiple attempts to direct them on managing documents and profiles. The second example, the rent was only what was declared for about a year then a huge spike. Thirdly, was promised credits to the account that were never received. Fourth, please know that if walls need to be painted, they will put 2-3 coats on costing $300 for each application. Fifth, they have the ability to forego any laws applicable for time frames to renew or secure your apartment space. Example: lease renewal could be for June or July - they asked for a renewal commitment in March or you lose the place. Good luck to the shittiest place in town. Don't judge this book by its cover. For new parents with freshmen entering this student housing facility, I strongly encourage you to consider a different property. Incredibly unprofessional, incredibly inexperienced staff. Overpriced and poor amenities. They took the pool away IN THE SUMMER. Also the hallways smell like pee.

if I could give you zero stars, I would employees steal from the residence and have been caught red-handed with a stolen property on them as accessorys, $500 fine for swimming on the weekends even though all signage states otherwise, leasing office hours vary by day are never what is printed on the front door or online overall, just a horrible place
