A great place for students and it's not far from campus. Having the shuttle right next to us is a added benefit.

Overall not impressed, the apartment was dirty when I moved in, and there was a huge pile of dirt and empty beer bottles on the balcony. Pretty much all of the appliances have broken and maintenance is very slow with responding. My air conditioning has been out for over a week and maintenance has yet to fix it even though we have put in multiple requests. Its hotter in my apartment than it is outside, and with Texas weather that is saying something. I shouldnt have to put in multiple requests for the same issue because maintenance doesnt want to fix it.

Hornets were bad and would sting me and my dogs whenever we would try to go outside or inside the apartment. There were a lot of hornets and a cockroach problem. Also, my AC didn't work in the middle of the summer but they kept saying the issue was fixed so it took weeks to get it actually fixed. When I left, they charged me $180 to paint a spot on the wall. I asked them why its $180 because a can of paint shouldn't be that much, they told me that I can't dispute it unless I have proof not to pay it. Management is not organized at all either; when I was moving in they tried to double charge me and then say that they didn't know I was living there.
