Stay away from this place. Maintenance requests will take days to fix. Multiple times had water pouring from the ceiling with nothing being done.

moved in here and saw the biggest roaches ive ever seen in my life, but even they wont eat my wifes cooking.

We have lived here for almost a year and we will be moving out in two weeks so I feel now is a great time to make a review. Front office staff is pretty nice, however, we didnt have but communication with them besides the times I had basic questions or issues. They were also super quick to act when we had some pest issues randomly come up a few months ago and got rid of the issue within a month. Maintenance men are really really nice and informative on anything they think is an issue and the apartments are decent for the price youre paying for the location. So you may be wondering why a 3 star then? If Im being honest a 3 star is probably just me being generous. ONLY because they really were nice people to us. Im going to break down why I gave a 3 star. Firstly, they have turned the water off quite a few times due to water pipes busting and sometimes they give a warning before and sometimes they dont. Secondly, I was gone away for a week in Dallas and came back to a note on my door saying they came in and did an inspection for the new tenants moving in AND WE HAVENT EVEN LEFT YET. Its kind of ridiculous to come in and see what they need to fix a MONTH before our move out date because I was planning to fix these issues anyways(????) Lastly, our A/C has constantly gone out over and over again. And by going out, I mean the outside A/C unit and inside our apartment A/C unit COMPLETELY ices over. We have only kept out A/C at a decent 60-70 degrees and within 3-4 hours it is a block of ice again and does not work. Currently, it is 96 degrees outside and 82 inside the apartment with my two children who are both under 2 years old. They have only fixed the problem by turning the A/c off for an hour and then Turning it back on, replacing the A/C filter several times in the last two months, and other useless things because it STILL is not working properly. Its a shame because up until March we had a pretty pleasure experience with the complex. Edit to add: our neighbors are also quiet and friendly however the apartment complex next door (the nest) can actually get pretty loud after 10pm so just be cautious of that.
