Jesus from So Cool is such a kind guy! The service was quick from my first call (I was seen in less than 24 hours) and Jesus was thorough in looking at my AC. Prices were discussed upfront with no hidden fees. The So Cool Van had all the products needed for my AC repair so I only needed the one visit and my AC was fixed! I will definitely be recommending them to others in need and will use again in the future if needed.

Absolutely fantastic service! Our AC went out the night before, and our house was sitting at 88 overnight. I called So Cool this morning and they came out right away and fixed our AC!!! Jesus was so nice and explained everything to my husband and I so we felt comfortable making the right decisions for our system. Will definitely be using them again!

When my AC stopped working I wasn't sure who to call, this being my first time dealing with this type of repair. Noticed the companies sticker and number on the side of the unit, I reached and was able to make an appointment for the following day. I am beyond grateful for Jess and his immediate response. He was fantastic, super polite, extremely professional and was beyond helpful. He fixed my AC and I didn't have to pay nearly the amount I thought. Thinking I had to replace my AC I was told I didn't have to and it still had many years left on it.
