        They couldn't answer a basic question

        I had 5 vehicles insured with this agent for several years and every 6 month term my policy rates would increase. For the last 3 terms, I was always told, rate increase was due to inflation. I spoke to Jessica and Sofia during the months of October and November inquiring about rate increase and removing 1 vehicle from policy. Vehicle wasn't removed and neither one of them called me back to explain rate increase. I requested to speak to Marcela (agent), till this date I have not received a call. Very unprofessional, lack knowledge on insurance policies. I cancelled 2 policies and Farmers did nothing to retain or ask for explanation for my cancellations. I would not recommend this agent for insurance business.
