Someone at this office called to try to offer me discounted rates and was very unprofessional and condescending. Please do better. When you are reaching out to customers to try to make a sale leave your assumptions and ignorant comments out of your pitch.

I recently swapped my car for a new one. When I made the change, the agent on the phone asked for my billing information and billed me for the difference. Later I checked my app and there's a pending charge for 2x the normal rate. I called the local office and they promised to come back to me with an answer. Agents never called back knowing the charge is programmed to get drafted the next day. I called the local office, but they no longer answered by neither call or text. This is how you lose clients in this broad market.
