I could spend a whole day in here easily. There is plenty to look at, and a good selection of women's sizes. The range is mostly smart casual, as I didn't really see much in the way of business-wear (suits), but I was only in there for 45 minutes. Truly you need 2-3 hours to go on a treasure hunt, which I personally love doing. I found a J Crew eco t-shirt and H&M modal short sleeve top and thought the prices were fair. I'm not sure if they change the racks for the upcoming season, it would make sense if they did because I went in mid-March and there wasn't much in the way of knitwear or coats. But then I'm not local to San Antonio and maybe it doesn't get cold enough for those kind of clothes. Anyway, I'm rambling. I'll definitely go back.

Absolute horrid customer service. Had 2 incidents where employees were very rude (more than they usually are). The owner came in when I was checking out and was very argumentive saying 5 of his employees were brought to tears by me. First of all, I did not have 5 incidents but 2. And one took place the year before. Also, they would not have occurred had they not been first rude to me. He wanted to argue back and forth about the exaggerated so called very upset and crying 5 employees. Of course, I did not entertain him and just let him argue with himself. I can see why the employees are rude. The owner is even worse. He already made up in his mind what he wanted to do without listening to what actually happened. Told me not to return to the store in which I happily obliged. There are several better resale stores in the city, with better prices, reward programs, and customer service. Majority of the reviews say the very same thing. Horrible and rude customer service. You can't say anything to them without them getting upset. And if you read the replies to the low reviews, you can see how they treat their customers. Don't spend your money or sell to this resale store. They buy low, sell high, and they dont care about their customers.

I took my clothes in and the blonde girl with the dead inside voice gave me the instructions. I said okay. I looked around the store for a little bit. I had a lot of name brand stuff and they made me wait an hour. So after an hour I asked if it was ready. She gave a big sigh and said that it was not ready and asked if I would like to take the clothes. I said no, thats fine. Take your time. As soon as I leave the store. She sends me a text that it is ready. I go to pick it up and they say they cant take anything. You CANT ask any questions without these people getting mad at you. If they dont want to work that much they should go work in a luxury store instead of wasting peoples time along with theirs. Look inside yourself please.
