        We needed some help with a roller shade. Sandy was very helpful. She even took our number and called us back when the part was in. That was a nice surprise. Reminds us of the days when people knew how to treat customers because it is how they want to be treated, not because that's what the algorithm says. These people know their stuff, too. Highly recommend.
