I bought my new Retrax Bed Cover from Millennium just before a family vacation to Rockport. I had been shown the Retrax and was impressed with the product and was impressed with the quality and function of the bed cover. It was demonstrated on their company truck. We had loaded the bed down with too much stuff as usual and since it was short bed the fishing rods barely fit in the bed diagonally. We had to keep the Retrax partially open. I called and listened to the recording at Retrax, it advised you could lock it open in any position. My fist attempt did not seem that secure that is why I called in. I did speak with someone at Retrax and they assured me it would hold in any position. We had just bought new rods and reels and I did not need the tips chopped off and or my sons whom was riding with us. I did not slam on the brakes or accelerate too fast and you can bet my eyes were on the rear view mirror the whole trip. The bed cover did not move! Either way, to or from, the rods were safe and secure as well as the rest of the luggage and ice chests. Thank You Larry and Clare! Service: Vehicle window tinting
