Paid my $55 co-pay for a whole 12 seconds of seeing the doctor. Not a fan of the new PA Goodman. Yesterday was the second time seeing her and both times were a hot mess. both times she was in a rush and upset. there is obvious tension between her and the rest of the staff. After my 12 second visit, She exited the room dramatically and immediately made a call on her cell phone saying to the other person on the line she needed to vent. She couldn't even wait until she was out the door to make her call. I go to the dr for hypothyroidism and get labs every 4 months to monitor the condition. I have had this condition my entire life. I expect to be given the time of day and at least an exam of my thyroid. This is unacceptable & unprofessional. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

I am (well was) a patient at the San Antonio location which apparently closed at the end of the year. I have a medical condition (not weight loss) that requires monthly monitoring and medication, so I called to schedule my monthly follow-up appointment and was told that the office has been closed and "may" open at a new location in March. I was not notified and asked how was supposed to get a refill on my medication for this month. Their response was that I can either drive 300 miles round trip to Corpus Christi or 400+ miles round trip to Houston to see one of their physicians there. It isn't enough that I was given no notice, but they didn't even provide a feasible alternative for existing patients. Based on my understanding all of these clinics are run by the same people. I have no idea what I am going to do since I can't just jump to another doctor and have them refill my medication, they don't know me and likely will need time to understand my treatment. The doctor that was at the clinic in San Antonio had been my physician for many years, so enough time was taken to find a treatment that works. This is so unprofessional and shows that they have no concern for their patients.

I have been going to this clinic for about 3 years now. Today was the worse experience I've ever had. The new PA, Linda Goodman, continued to have a argument with one of the staff ( this gal has been here a long time and i would think that she knows the ropes), for about 30 minutes on my time. While she was making a scene she was running her fingers through her greasy head. I prayed that she washed her hands before I was called back. I waited in the room after her blow up with the staff for another 45 minutes. When she finally came in she had a chip on her shoulders and put out her hand to shake mine. No way would I shake her hand after I imagined the hair oil that was in hers. I just said hello. She got a mean look on her face and asked what I was there for. Told her I was there for a refill. She never looked at my bloodworm or did she ask any questions. She said ok I'll refill them and she walked out. That was the fastest $100 I have ever spent! I do not think I will ever go to this clinic again. The staff has always been very nice, they've been there since I first came, but this Linda was the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. I will give the staff a star but will not be checking any more stars due to the unprofessionalism of this woman.
