        We have enjoyed our watches for a little over a year now and still absolutely LOVE them. Alex was so great and we always try to go say hi to him when were in the area! When we walked in, we were warmly welcomed right away and to be honest we didnt even plan on buying these when we walked in! But the customer service was unmatched and it was truly an awesome experience. Thank you Alex and the rest of the team! Keep up the wonderful work :)

        Great boutique. I've visited a number of Omega boutiques across the globe and USA. Hands down the nicest team I've met ever - especially Michael Lopez (make your appointment with him). Funny thing is that I live in Houston - won't go back to that store ever again. Michael helped out with an issue quickly and professionally. Will buy next Omega there - and all future accessories.

        This location has a great selection. Cheyenne offered exceptional service with extensive knowledge about the timepieces, which we greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back.

        I dropped off my watch for a full service, it is a older model Triple Date Speedmaster 3523.80, service took a while but I was patient. They replaced Link pins for my bracelet and serviced the movement and replaced the dial and hands as they were oxidized. Spent $1100 for full service and includes a full 2 year warranty on the work. What I liked was that the Manager Alex was very attentive and happy to follow up with me on my service, gave me regular updates or when ever I called. Never gave me the cold shoulder. For that is worth 5 Stars, excellent service. They Overnighted the Watch back to me in south texas and got it back it is like brand new again. Thank you Alex and to your wonderful team.
