        We rented a uhaul for a last minute move. The process was seamless and easy. Jason and his teammates offered great customer service. They even helped us find some lost keys we left behind in the uhaul.

        Jason Velasquez-Banda is very helpful and professional. His team was able to help me rent a trailer. I witnessed how well he handled a disgruntled customer. These workers are underpaid and do not deserve to be yelled at for how corporate does business, they are doing the best they can.

        GM Jason located then misplaced item left in rental vehicle then argued about reimbursement price & tried refunding less than original purchase price of item. Shady employees and bad customer service. Thankfully the owner fixed his mistake and ordered him to give the full reimbursement price of the stolen item
