        Did not specify why medication that has helped in the past and was requested was not prescribed. Just said they don't give it out there. And also sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy across town after address was provided to requested pharmacy.

        You will waste your time sitting in the lobby with no updates. The minimum wait is 2 hours, then you go to the back and wait. Did not know if they took Tricare or not, and had trouble processing the paperwork. Wasted my time, left and got in somewhere else.

      Fairalee - We are sorry you experienced a longer than usual wait time at our Marbach clinic. We defintely attempt to take care of every patient that comes to us in need. There are certain times when our volume is heavier than others and we do get a little backed up with high acuity patients (heart issues, sutures, broken bones). I apologize that we were not able to see you as quickly as we normally would have and hope that you will give us another shot. We would like you to experience what so many others have said about the care we provide to our patients!
