I wonder if this place treats their employees with as much respect, understanding, empathy, sheez stuff just comes up, as they do their clientele? Do you? I'm just a single mother asking for research purposes.

The worst travel agency company. They are LIERS especially micaela. They called me, texted me, and emailed me many times that I am gonna have 2 free tickets and a free dinner, then they canceled the last moment!!! What a bad manner They have!! They also tried to please me by saying they will offer me the 2 free tickets when they saw my comment on google, but it was a TRICK !!! I have to pay them 150$ deposit, and 105$ taxes !!! And the funny part that most of the good reviews they have are from their workers !!! Cheaters!!don't believe them .

It is a fraud, they promised to pay cash back every time that you use the services and always they have excuses no to pay. We spend $5000 about 3 years ago and we haven't collected at least $500. I spent this month with $2250 and they put all kind of excuses not to pay one dollar back.
