Daniel Towing

Called Daniel and he was super friendly. He gave me the best quote out of all the places I called. Answered all my questions fast and without hesitation. He gave me a time frame that was reasonable for 5pm traffic. As I got closer to the location where my vehicle was, I get a call from one of his drivers. He says that hes stuck in traffic and will be there in 18 min. I said, oh no problem thats Im also 18 min away. I get to the location and I get a text saying to get someone else or wait till tomorrow. Not a phone call, but a text. How unprofessional is that for a business. If I hadnt checked my phone I would have been waiting there for hours. I call him instead of replying and stated that a phone call would have been better for this. He didnt care. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Whats the point of having great prices if you cannot follow through on a job.

Awesome service! Daniel put me in contract with my tow truck driver, Frank very quickly. Frank was on time and kept updated of any time changes. He took great of my vehicle and got it to its destination. I will definitely use them again. Very professional service
