I give it a 2 star. The person who assist me was very nice and generous however I did not like how I kept waiting for my car to get serviced and 2 people who came after me got their car seen/serviced before mine and were already out the door. Poor customer experience and this was my first time coming here and probably my last!!

TLDR; Very quick service, clean waiting area, friendly service. Tire pressure light showed up on my dash, so I got out of my car to investigate. Lucky me, nail in the side wall. I knew it was too far out to patch/plug, so I began calling tire shops for my exact tire. This location picked up the phone, and I was off the phone in less than a minute. They confirmed the tire was available and that they were slowing down towards the end of the day and could fit me in. I showed up to a VERY clean waiting area, with plenty of seating with a great view into the garage. I was helped within 2 minutes, even though they seemed busy. Within 25 minutes of walking in the door, I was greeted, billed, and had my car keys back in hand with a brand new tire on my car. My car is brand new to me (1 week), and the tires on the car are all

My recent visit to Discount Tire for a flat tire repair left much to be desired. Upon arriving, the music blaring from the service bays was so loud, it felt more like I was pulling up to a bar than a professional establishment. Despite having a 5:00pm appointment, my service did not actually begin until 5:30pm, causing unnecessary delays. Over the years, Discount Tire has built a reputation for ONLY selling tires. The chances of tire repairs being covered for a simple nail puncture are typically around 30%. You can rest assured that every visit to a Discount Tire location will leave you feeling pressured to make additional purchases beyond what is actually necessary. Safety concerns were also apparent during my visit, as employees wearing prescription glasses failed to don proper eye protection over their frames. TBH the noise level from the music was MORE of an occupational hazard than the noise from the air guns. Discount Tire do better! or at least change the music. Total Service Time: 50 minutes
