I just had training with chuck Mitchell and he was very informative, clear and precise in explaining how to do the different training exercises we had to do. Ive learned a lot from him just in a matter of 8 hours. Sergio Garcia is very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable in being able to put me in the right place to put out my best effort. Chuck is one of the best trainers Ive ever had and Id recommend him to train anyone and everyone. Thank you all for blessing me with a great experience!
