We hired Property Tax Reduction Services to represent us in our protest of an increase of over $20,000 (8% increase in value) in the appraised value of our home. No reduction in value was achieved, we will now have to pay taxes on the full increased value. We found this service, or lack of service, to be unsatisfactory, and have revoked this company as our agent.
