        There may be an excuse for the delay in doing my tax return, but there can be no excuse for the way Lorrie has been acting on the phone when I make a legitimate inquiry, when will my tax return be done? I am a customer paying for a service and have the right to get courteous answers to my questions, not given the run around and for her to cop an attitude. Its adding insult to injury when my tax return does not get done on time and Lorrie cops an insulting attitude about it. Thank
