Ive been doing my taxes with them over 5 yrs. This yr. I got a letter from IRS, that my return was under investigation. I have a standard return, with nothing extra.never had this happen before, so I call and ask the lady that answered what is the standard procedure when this happens, what can I expect. And she was super rude and told me, well Once we do them, thats it. Whatever happens after is not our problem. With the biggest attitude ever, I wasn't blaming them, just turning to them for guidance. I will not be going back to them. The men that do the taxes are super nice and professional, but they need a different receptionist that has better manners.

We've been getting our taxes done there with the Benavides brothers for over 5 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are polite, very detailed, and so hilarious. Flat fee up front and you get your entire income tax within 2 weeks.
