Let us start this response with this “This contract gives no guarantee of either a start date with completion date due to circumstances beyond our control. The negotiation terms were concluded at two pallets of grass as we would be killing his new grass. He had just laid in order to do repairs to the swimming pool, and we would take down and put back up the fence at the entry point to the project. Mr. Blake agreed to this shortly after he was informed we needed to wait for a free machine to return and restart his project. At this point he tried to bully and harass our contractor into agreeing to installing a brand new fence when our contractor did not agree to this, Mr. Blake started to try to initiate new negotiations to include a $10,000 refund as well as finish out the project. Then he demanded $16,100 refund and removal of equipment and stated if we didn’t agree, he would get lawyers involved, if we did agree, he wouldn’t leave any bad reviews. At this point, he started negotiations with another one of our contractors and tried to bully him as well into agreeing to these terms, unfortunately when he did not get his way, he informed the second contractor of ours that he would be getting lawyers involved. If he did not agree to his terms, we informed him the only thing stopping us from finishing out this project was him unfortunately, because of the bullying and harassment of our employees, we decided to wait until his lawyers did reach out to continue any negotiations. It has been made clear to us that Mr. Blake is the type of customer to buy some thing and call and get a charge back so it is like he didn’t spend any money, but gets all the reward.We have pictures and documentation of the swimming pool at standard industry level when we last touched and leveled the swimming pool.The last issue we came across at this project was a shift in the earth causing a mound on the deep end of the pool as well as the cosmetic damage due to leveling. This was all going to be handled before Mr.Blake started to harass and bully our contractors and threaten lawyers. We decided to let the lawyers handle the negotiations. Thank you for the update.
