        Subject: Disorganized Staff Impedes Quality of Care Dr. Bogaev is an exceptional surgeon, but his staff at Neurological Associates of San Antonio severely hinders patient care. Since [daughter's surgery date], I've been trying to schedule a follow-up with a neurologist. Despite their claims, the referral was never sent and my daughter's needed prescription refill was delayed. Multiple conversations with his staff and Dr. Bogaev's nurse were fruitless. Basic errors, like an incorrect fax number, were handled without any apology or due diligence. This forced us to go to the ER unnecessarily. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and a disservice to Dr. Bogaev's outstanding medical practice.
