Dr. Saleem, the cath lab staff, NICU & PICU have provided excellent care for our son. He is a heart patient, and hes been at this hospital on 2 different occasions now. Both times we were very appreciative of the care he received.

I just wanna say please dont go to Santa Rosa hospital (151) if your child needs an ER visit. Its my biggest regret right now. On Sunday night my daughter had slammed the door on her finger and amputated the tip. I know it was crazy and traumatic. I am so upset with the information they gave me at that hospital. The hospital doctor told me her bone wasnt sticking out but the specialist told me that she indeed is missing a top piece of bone on her finger. The doctor at the hospital also told me to soak the wound in hydrogen peroxide and water mix 2x a day. Her PCP and specialist advised me NOT to do that as it wont help her. Instead they told me to soak in sterile saline. The specialist was even nice enough to provide me a bottle to begin with. They also didnt teach me how to wrap her finger correctly at the hospital and it kept bleeding so much until yesterday. The specialist doctor and nurse were so kind and taught me how to wrap it to where its nice and snug to prevent bleeding so much. Im thinking if I couldve gone somewhere else maybe they couldve put her finger back on and actually gave me accurate Information. This is the hospital wrapping vs specialist And the X-ray to show how much was taken off her finger
