        Went to discuss my tax record with the intent of removing tax claims by someone else using my identity, since 2018 there's been a individual with my info, and sooner or later his time will come then BACK TO MEXICO... no but seriously Diana at the Social Security Office went above and beyond and expunged all false proceedings, so... it was time consuming but all worth the wait.

        I called the San Antonio office when the representative answered she didn't say her name , so I ask her, she gave me her name . It seem she was upset that I ask for her name. she hung up on. She forgets that people like us that are paying her salary. Very unprofessional. If she wants to work in customer service, she needs to fix her attitude
