Gray Line Tours - San Antonio

I had a great full day tour of San Antonio in November 2023. Tour guide was great.

I enjoyed the day tour of San Antonio. Alex was a great tour guide, and he knew a lot about the history and the architecture. He was courteous and friendly. He picked me up at the Holiday Inn-Riverwalk on time, very punctual. I would recommend that anybody that wants to learn more about San Antonio to take the Gray Line tours of San Antonio. I presently live in Santa Clara, CA (next to San Jose) and I enjoyed my visit to San Antonio, Texas.

Great Mission tour of San Antonio, our guide Alex was knowledgeable and quite funny. We went on a Sunday and he was so respectful of the fact that they were having services at the missions.

Worst experience. While bookings slot for tour they expect you know know the nearest hotel (I was in airbnb) and if you dont know in 2 mins they will tell some random hotel and ask you to come there. If you ask one more time the hotel name then I can hear the agents discomfort while repeating and this is like 8:30am in the morning. Go city should change this tour.
