0 stars if I could. I had an awful in store experience yesterday where the cashier was completely incompetent and uneducated on the return and exchange policy. Then their area manager was completely rude and dismissive, kept speaking over me and arguing with me (the customer/consumer) then she hangs up on me and refuses to give me her name or a corporate number. Once my exchange is fixed Ill never spend a dime at this location again. Hopefully corporate can get this rectified soon as I have been in contact with them regarding the poor customer service I received!

Went to exchange shoes I purchased from there for the next size up since these were uncomfortably small, one day I showed them to a manager, who explained they could certainly be exchanged if tidied them up slightly. I returned the next week after doing so, and after the shoes were scrutinized intensively by a diminutive woman behind the counter, who explained to me that the condition was unacceptable, she brought the manager up whom I had spoken to previously, who claimed now to have never seen me before and reversed his decision despite the fact they had not been worn again. I had bought from here several times previously and was met now with irritation and mild hostility, pretty disappointing, I would recommend you go to Foot Locker (2 minutes away from here on foot) or Shoe Palace if looking for sneakers, as theyve been far more courteous with me previously.
