I battled through 45 minutes of traffic right after my shift ready to spend over 200 for some good work shoes only to be given the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. As soon as me and my wife pulled up the lady pretty much ran to the door in hopes to lock the door 7 minutes before close. As soon as I walked in she didnt even say hello or welcome in she simply stated Are you really coming in here?. She then follows that question up by saying she just clocked out and she doesnt get paid after 6. I simply looked at her in disbelief and told her I battled through major traffic to get to this business and she just said okay well let me call my boss and tell him I wont be out of here by 6 now. Then proceeds to call the owner in front of me on speaker and said I cant get out of here at 6 now because someone just came in and said they were stuck in traffic. She continues to talk to the owner while staring at me with disgust as if I didnt something to her. After the lady hung up I told my wife lets just go somewhere else and spend our money elsewhere. I understand that the store may have closed at 6, however this is not how you treat customers who are walking into a local business ready to spend over 100 to get quality products. Especially if they go through a major traffic to support said business. We wasnt even in the store for 5 minutes and I was out of there by 5:58. Didnt even bother looking at the rest of the store since it was clear I wasnt wanted in there. Luckily I found some shoes at another store nearby and was greeted with enthusiasm the moment I walked in. Hope she was happy to be out by 6. I hope going forward other customers do not get treated the way I was, this was my first and last time going to this business. Probably just another person to them, which is sad.

Customer service is good but they don't have much of a variety of women's shoes.

This place is literally the ONLY place we go to for my husbands work boots and they are the best in service and really take care of their customers. Thank you for being wonderful and caring and having an incredible selection.
