        Came in this afternoon to drop off 2 boxes, only one person in line at the time. Another associate was doing unpacking something and said she'd be right there. Associate that was helping the customer in front finished and said I can scan them in myself towards the front of the store. Just got done with a long day at work and I get told to do it myself instead of them just scanning them and printing the labels like your job entails and instead they go off chatting and laughing with their coworker. I get the use of the machine, especially if it's busy. But don't tell someone to do your job while you go off to do as you please.

      Hello Robert, Thank you for sharing your experience and we are sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied. We are one of the few The UPS Store’s in that now have the Self-Service Kiosk for UPS drop offs and returns. Its meant to provide customers with an easy and quick alternative to having to wait in line. Most customers love having the option of the kiosk and even use it regardless of the wait time as it gives you the option of a printed, email or text message receipt.
