        I was in a hurry when I went to mail a package. The nicest employee, named Tia was on it like a bluebonnet. Not only was she very friendly and professional, but smart, accurate and fast!!

        Notifying a customer that the price of an item has changed and does not match the computer with proof is annoying but acceptable. However, checking the customer out, then making them come back from walking out the door, refunding the first transaction (which now holds up my funds for 3-4 days) increasing the price but not stating why, and then just stating at me when I ask why theyre telling me theres a price hike is NOT acceptable. A book of stamps (priced at $12.60 roughly before fees) now is $17 at UPS up from $14.15. Im sorry but a $5 surcharge is a bit ridiculous especially in a reseller model. And for now it has cost me $35 until the first transaction drops off.
