I live in the area and have seen this place for a while. I was looking, for weeks, for a place to print business cards, so I came here. The guy was cool but Ive been waiting for a couple weeks now and cannot get an update unless I call. When I call and ask the lady who answers has said everytime. Well call you when they come in that was a week ago. They havent called. Ive call back 2-3 times with the same response.
When I emailed them I got a response that they werent aware it had been so long.
My issue is more about the fact that its already paid for and Im having an impossible time getting my product or an update.
I gave them a template and logo so its not like they designed anything fir my cards. It was just print.

Ive never had a problem here up until I chose the day to go when Art wasnt there. A woman was there and she helped me, I stated I needed this there by Friday and it was urgent mind you I dont know how mailing works or how their business works. So she shows me her computer screen and just points at the dates available and the pricing and the one for Friday was almost $100, so I called my aunt and she was iffy about it but she desperately needed the package and so I went ahead and did it. Friday comes and I check my tracking and it says arriving Monday so I panicked. I called Safe Ship and Art explained about how it works and how it wouldnt have counted that day because it wasnt going to get picked up until the next day, which I understood but everything he told me that Friday could have been told to me Wednesday the day I sent it, I needed the package to arrive to my aunts on Friday. The woman not once hesitated on charging me the amount she just pointed at the screen and basically I figure it out, she never told me hey just letting you know its not guaranteed since it wont be picked up today since its already late so I wouldnt pay the $100 I wouldve just said its okay it too late Ill just do the $12 shipment to arrive next week since my family needed it Saturday, might as well still send it to them just wont be there for when needed and avoided spending $100!!! For it to arrive the next week. And for the letter received from yall I do know how business days work but maybe train your employees better instead of just standing there and waiting to take your money, and maybe warn a person next time before they spend $100 on shipping and doesnt tell you that same day youre here at 6:10 pm it wont get picked up today, again thanks for warning me.
