Fantastic help with moving and weighing heavy packages, and very patient in helping sort out our packing labels.

I am writing to commend Mr. Joseph Gibbs of UPS Store 6150 for providing absolutely outstanding service above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He shipped a large and oddly shaped box out of his store to the UPS Customer Center in Nogales, AZ, and I was having trouble connecting with my package at the Nogales facility. Mr. Gibbs took a personal interest in making sure that my package was delivered when I needed it to be there. He stayed in constant touch with me via phone and email. He actually got up at 2:00 am to talk to the night shift dispatcher in Tuscon to make sure that my package would go out on the early truck, and then emailed me confirmation. This was very important to me as I had a 5 hour drive to pick up the package and wanted to make sure it would be there when I arrived, which it was -- thanks to Mr. Gibbs!

Unfortunately, I was there on Sat. & as UTSA'S Student Union Building is Closed every Weekend - UPS is closed too. *it would have been *exceedingly helpful IF Amaon had not ' offered ' this precise UPS location to return packages... as carrying a heavy box a long distance to a closed UPS store ( in heavy pelting rain ) was not a rewarding experience. PS The parking is not close by, the entrance is on a circular roundabout with Red no parking curbs all around. .
