        Larry is a Genuine one-man army for any concerns regarding your blade or edges. I met Larry from a desperate google search in a hurry to get some help for my sushi knife ASAP before my new job. I would definitely say I was lucky in meeting him because his expertise in combination with his personality made our interaction faster and easier than anything I could have expected.       Thanks James. Over the years we developed a 4 stage process to create perfect edges. When anyone leaves here their edges are extremely sharp and exactly perfect. And we wouldn't have it any other way. Blessings Brother
