International School of San Antonio

My son started at ISSA when he was 4 in their weekend language classes & is now part of the elementary school. Its an amazing school with small class sizes, attentive teachers & staff, engaging curriculum, & daily updates. Hes become more outgoing & inquisitive & looks forward to school every day. Hes made wonderful friends & weve had the privilege of meeting such great families! It still amazes me that he can read, write, & speak French when no one in our family is fluent. Hes also become more interested in learning Spanish as his third language. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful school where he can thrive. We look forward to being a part of ISSA for many more years.

My kiddo has been going to ISSA for a little over a year now and she is absolutely thriving there. She went from a shy pandemic baby to a total chatterbox. One of the things I love about the school is the availability of multiple languages, which I believe is unique in San Antonio. My daughter does Spanish, with Mandarin Chinese as her third language (they have French also). Theres a good teacher-to-student ratio so the kids get a lot of attention. My daughter absolutely adores the teachers there, especially Ms Alicia. The teachers go out of their way to make learning fun which is very important to me, as I want my daughter to stay curious never view learning as a chore. The staff is also very attentive and responsive. Our family is so happy we found this school.

This is a great school, small class sizes and Spanish immersion to allow learning of a second language. Already starting to read syllables and writing. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a all school with student focus.

My three-year old is absolutely thriving at ISSA and we are so happy to have the opportunity to attend. I also love how involved ISSA is able to keep parents and I look forward to seeing his pictures everyday. It has been a wonderful experience.
