Employees were rude and have no customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I had to walk out after a rude employee literally threw my sandwich on the counter. I did not get her name, as she was not wearing a name tag. Never will I visit this establishment again. Update: as of today 4/15/24, I have yet to hear back from the store manager or corporate office after filing a complaint. I now know where the unprofessionalism begins.

Worst service I've had in a long while, lady that took our order got pissy because we were using the name instead of the number when ordering, she wanted us to order while she was busy slicing meats and she made us repeat a two sandwich order 3 times because she didn't write it down till the last time, sandwiches weren't that full was like 75% bun, 20% fillings... Food was meh, wasn't worth $45

I've visited many times, never anything bad except maybe a wait, but that's to be expected. Usually the staff is friendly and talkative. Today was my first rude encounter. Ordered online, arrived 2 minutes after pick up time. They asked for my name, checked the orders on the counter, immediately told there was no order under my name. They asked if it could be under a different name, I said no, to which they repeated that they don't have a Valerie. Without even checking anywhere else, they asked if I was at the right location. After showing them my phone they finally decided to check around and guess what, it was in the area being made. Had they done that in the first place, they would've seen it.

It's been about a year since I've been to JM's and stopped by today with my coworker for a nosh and was informed that the GF choice was only made, "Mike's Way"? Which begs the question of why? The Udi's bread is fantastic, and the fixing are fresh but to not get a sandwich made to order is a true let down. Especially since all I wanted to add was mustard and pickles? Dietary restrictions: They serve Udi's gluten free bread in two different sizes.
