Customer service was great.
It was our first time eating at this location, Cristian (one of the managers) was great at informing us on the menu options. She gave a welcoming hello and re approached customers making sure everyone was taken care of. My wife and I were taken back on her friendly manner. We were even overwhelmed with over the top human kindness she gave to someone who clearly needed a act of human compassion. Food was good but Cristian will keep us coming back to this location. Companies will always hire people to fill a position just to have someone working. But this young lady is a key leader of not just the company but our community.

Horrible. Food undercooked and missing my fries after waiting 45 minutes. I even placed an order ahead and it was still late. Disappointed Ill be avoiding all together.

Its pretty good. Dont trust the Google time hours though. I would be skeptical. Across-the-board about this for places in San Antonio. Usually when you show up on a weekend evening, the place is closed. So just be mindful please.

Second visit, ordered the Teriyaki chicken Philly and it was good!
On the first visit I ordered the Philly steak which was good as well, I loved the French fries The first visit they were fried to perfection and the best fries I ever had, second visit the fries were good but not as crisp on the outside, but their food is really good there.
I'm adding my granddaughter ordered the Chile cheese fries with her food and they are good as well.
